Buddy's Carwash - Monthly Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Buddy’s Carwash monthly membership program (the “Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully.
1. Membership Services & Usage
- Your membership entitles you to unlimited car washes for the specific plan you have
selected, valid for the single vehicle registered under your account. - The membership is tied to one (1) personal vehicle and cannot be transferred, shared, or
used for any other vehicle, including rental cars or temporary vehicles. - The Program is not valid for commercial vehicles, taxis, limousines, or any vehicles for
hire. - A Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) sticker or similar identifier will be placed on
your registered vehicle’s windshield and must remain in place. Tampering with or
removing this identifier will result in the immediate termination of your membership. - If your registered vehicle is sold or the windshield is replaced, you must notify Buddy’s
Carwash to officially transfer the membership to a new vehicle or replace the identifier.
A replacement fee may apply.
2. Billing & Automatic Renewal
- Your membership will automatically renew each month on the anniversary of your signup
date (the “Billing Date”). - You authorize Buddy’s Carwash to charge your authorized credit or debit card for the
monthly membership fee on your Billing Date each month. - This automatic billing will continue until you cancel your membership in accordance
with the cancellation policy below. - If we are unable to process your payment for any reason (e.g., card expiration,
insufficient funds), your membership will be immediately suspended until payment is
successfully processed.
3. Pricing
- The monthly membership fee will be the price quoted to you at the time of enrollment.
- Buddy’s Carwash reserves the right to change membership plan pricing at any time. We
will provide you with at least thirty (30) days’ written notice via email before any price
changes take effect.
4. Cancellation & Pausing
- You may cancel your membership at any time by providing at least seven (7) days’ notice
before your next Billing Date. - To cancel, please visit our location in person or contact us via our website
www.buddycarwash.com - No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or for any unused portion of your
membership upon cancellation. - We do not currently offer the ability to pause or temporarily suspend memberships. You
must cancel and re-enroll at a later date if you wish to suspend your service.
5. Car Wash Conditions & Limitations
- Buddy’s Carwash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle.
- We are not responsible for damage to non-factory installed accessories, aftermarket parts,
or any of the following:- Power antennas that are not fully retracted.
- Loose or damaged mirrors, trim, or molding.
- Roof racks or bike racks.
- Vehicles older than 10 years.
- Bug shields, window visors, or spoilers.
- Damage to any non-standard wheels or tires.
- Please remove all valuables from your vehicle before each wash. We are not responsible
for lost or stolen items. - Truck beds must be empty and clean before entering the car wash tunnel.
6. Service Availability
- Buddy’s Carwash will be open during our posted hours of operation.
- We reserve the right to close the car wash at any time due to inclement weather,
equipment maintenance, or holidays. No refunds or credits will be issued for these
temporary closures.
7. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- Buddy’s Carwash reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The
most current version will always be available at our location and on our website. Your
continued use of the membership after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the
new terms.
